The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Party

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of heroes, and a exciting storyline including angels, fiends, and dark forces expanding in strength within the city.

Heads-up: Key plot points for the third episode of the new season follow below.

The Combat-Oriented Party Revealed

The latest chapter concluded with a huge suspense moment and revealed the initial group of adventurers who will separate from the primary party to undertake their independent quest, separate from the additional parties.

The Soldiers table includes Teor Pridesire (played by Travis), the nimble rogue (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).

Why Split the Party?

Given an extensive roster, it was evident from the start that keeping everyone at one table would be unworkable.

This explains, the first four episodes of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, intertwining the personal journeys before branching into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Schemers, and Questers.

Characteristics of the Combat Party

As described by the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for players who are drawn to a classically intense battle-oriented story mode where peaceful solutions are few and far between.

At first glance, figures such as the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might seem out of place, but the developments of the latest installment show why these particular heroes are ideally matched for the combat party.

Why They Must Go

First, the party has a clear idea where to head next after a violent initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

An old friend of Thjazi Fang—whose demise initiated the story’s plot—manipulated The Crow Keepers for his own means, entering the hidden lair, assaulting the rogue, and stealing all the enchanted items to auction.

Casimir then paid off his liabilities and escaped to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the city, with Cyd close behind.

Individual Reasons

Moreover, each adventurer has a specific drive to leave the city the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, seeks revenge.
  • The knowledgeable figure is familiar with the northern area and warns that it is a nasty environment.
  • Tyranny and The cleric, having resisted his family’s wishes to execute Teor and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • However, their status as key figures in the powerful family could assist the group access places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Furthermore, The grateful character vowed a eternal obligation to The cleric for his salvation and will now follow him everywhere.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the authorities that control the setting for a multiple motives, making lingering locally dangerous:

  • Thimble and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The warrior and The healer betrayed House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This means them no alternative but to travel to Timmony in pursuit of the antagonist.

Future Episodes

From the latest episode’s post-show segment, we find out that the Soldiers table won’t be around the following episode, leaving the other eight players to form the Explorers and Schemers parties.

Viewers can expect discovering which adventurers will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on October 24.
